Flagship Platform + Visual Merchandising Guides
I led the full implementation, launch, and training of the Flagship program, supporting both the visual merchandising and retail teams. I'm also working to leverage data gathered from the program to support allocation, merchandising, and planning teams in the future. I collaborated closely with the Flagship team to adapt and tailor the program to our specific brand needs.
Additionally, I created a comprehensive visual merchandising library to establish training, guidelines, and standards to maintain brand consistency across all domestic, international, wholesale, and franchise stores. I also developed monthly guides for store setups and product displays to further enhance the brand experience.
As a key contributor to the implementation of a new visual merchandising platform, I successfully onboarded the team, developed comprehensive training materials, and established a centralized library of resources. By streamlining processes and optimizing workflows, I significantly enhanced the team’s efficiency and productivity.
Additionally, I focused primarily on developing, maintaining, and adhering to the travel and expense budget for the field Visual Merchandising team, while also managing existing store budget costs and establishing priorities for spending and investments.
Initially, we utilized IWD as a mapping tool. However, to further optimize our visual merchandising strategies, we transitioned to a data-driven platform, Flagship. This shift enabled us to leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive significant results. By implementing Flagship, we achieved an 8-13% increase in sales within a two-month period. Additionally, by actively participating in retail buy meetings and planning sessions, I contributed to a 30% increase in outerwear sales on the East Coast.
I also played a pivotal role in the company-wide implementation of Flagship, overseeing enrollment, installation, and ongoing support. By establishing key performance indicators and developing a robust rollout plan, I ensured successful adoption across the organization.
